Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu massage is a Japanese method of massage therapy that incorporates very specific touch and pressure into the technique. Similar to acupressure, Shiatsu practices applying pressure using the fingers, palms, and thumbs to certain “meridians”, or pressure points, of the body.
